There are two volumes of Tutor's Manuals which contain the 'scripts' for the various formats of Training Workshops. They also include notes on equipment needed, sample timetables to send to participants and answers to typical audience questions. The originals for all overheads used on the workshops are provided, plus a substantial number of optional overheads, which can be used as handouts.
